Are you wanting to let your voice out, sing your heart out, and get your "ya-yas" out all at the same time? Join us every Friday, 11am-12noon, at the Gabriola Commons large room upstairs, pay what you can ($10 suggested minimum), for a time of singing, sounding, moving, dancing, and full-bodied expression. We'll do some call and response, circle singing, learn simple and life-affirming chants, and we'll move to whatever rhythms are flowing through in the moment. Feel free to come anytime, and all are welcome!
